Praline Sundae Topping

Caramel, it is one of the most delicious sweet you can get! But when it comes to making caramel sauce, alot of people run into problems. I was lucky enough to stumble across a recipe that seems to have fallen below the radar scale in my opinion and definitely didn't get enough attention.
The name of this wonderful recipe is "Praline Sundae Topping."
Now as the name suggests, it does contain pecans which you can leave out and turn this in a pure stream of caramelly goodness.
I first tried this recipe when I needed a caramel topping for a cheesecake and didn't want to buy the store bought stuff and now it is my only "go-to" recipe anytime I need caramel sauce.
I also did my own little variation on this sauce by adding some peanut butter to the final mixture. The result was so delicious that I actually ate some with a spoon like I would Nutella!
I hope you all would try this recipe, I promise you that you wont be disappointed. I would love to hear your views and comments on it as well.
The recipe can be found here
I will be uploading a photo very soon (for some reason it won't let me upload one at the moment)
So, I hope you all enjoy!
Roxanne
